The conference aims to shift employers’ mindsets away from stereotypes and towards practical solutions crucial for building a truly inclusive private sector in Nigeria. The conference seeks to reposition the private sector in Nigeria to actively tap into the opportunities in the disability community, who are their potential and existing customers and employees, active drivers of the value chains, and business leaders.
