The second Nigeria Diversity and Inclusion Conference is hosted by the Nigeria Business Disability Network. The conference will bring together member organsiations who are private sector, civil society and public sector organisations, as well as other organsiations and the community of persons with disabilities, to discuss disability inclusion in corporate sustainability.
The conference aims to shift employers’ mindsets away from stereotypes and towards practical solutions crucial for building a truly inclusive private sector in Nigeria. The conference seeks to reposition the private sector in Nigeria to actively tap into the opportunities in the disability community, who are their potential and existing customers and employees, active drivers of the value chains, and business leaders. Ultimately, disability in corporate sustainability is about translating economic growth to disability inclusion.
